Export Order Requirements
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for bulk exports.
  • Orders can include mixed bundles of herbs, roots, seeds, and other items.
  • Custom packaging and labeling can be arranged on request.
Documentation Provided

We provide complete export documentation to ensure smooth international clearance, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (on request)
  • Any other export documents required by the destination country
Shipping & Handling
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We use trusted logistics partners (air or sea cargo based on volume).
  • Tracking details are provided for all shipments.
Return & Refund (Export Orders)
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Perishable and custom orders are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we arrange replacement or refund with return shipping covered.
